Our History & Mission
Karthikeya Physiotherapy Clinic was established in June 2003 by Dr. Subhash Chandra Rai. Our journey began in BC Road, Bantwal Taluk, with a vision to provide quality physiotherapy care and rehabilitation services to the community.
In November 2024, we expanded with our second branch in Mangalore, established under the leadership of Dr. Subhash Chandra Rai and Dr. Vignesh Bhat. Continuing our commitment to patient care, our third branch was inaugurated on 2nd May 2026 in Perla, Kasaragod District.
For over two decades, we have remained dedicated to restoring movement, alleviating pain, and redefining conservative care through evidence-based practice and compassionate rehabilitation.

Led By Experts
Our clinic was founded by Dr. Subhashchandra Rai, who oversees all branches with over 25 years of clinical experience. He is joined by Dr. Vignesh Bhat P, the Co-Founder for our Mangalore branch. Together, they bring specialized expertise across Orthopaedic manipulations, Sports injury Rehabilitation, and advanced Pain Management.
